For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Modazo Co.
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to store.modazo.co, accessible from https://store.modazo.co
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Non Cancellable Orders
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled by you, it may only be cancelled by the Company in case intimation of cancellation is given before the goods are despatched from our warehouse.
Returning Goods
The goods are not returnable.
Damage in Transit
You are requested to take out transit insurance yourself in case you wish to insure the goods against damage, theft or loss in transit.
Defective Goods
The goods despatched by the Company are pre-inspected before packing and therefore the company does not accept claims of defective goods.
Shipping Policy
We will process your order within 5 working days of payment, in which, the product will be delivered through a reputed courier partner who may take 7-14 days for delivery depending upon the destination PIN code and service availabe.
Refunds
Company does not offer any refunds unless order cancellation is accepted before order being marked as shipped, or in case the pin code of the buyer, is not serviced by any courier partner. Once the refund is approved, we will credit the amount in original payment source within 5 working days.
